Advokat Halfdan Mellbye (f.1961) er advokat i DLA Nordic. Han har tidligere arbeidet som
amanuensis og stipendiat ved Juridisk Fakultet, Universitetet i Bergen. Han arbeider i
hovedsak med problemstillinger innenfor forvaltningslovgivning, plan- og bygningsloven,
energiloven og fiskerilovgivningen.Historisk går Bergens-kontoret
til DLA Nordic tilbake til 1946 da Secher & Co. ble
stiftet.Secher & Co. fusjonerte i 2001 med DLA Nordic i Oslo.DLA
Nordic har 360 medarbeidere, hvorav totalt 140 er tilknyttet kontorene i
